PeopleLivery di Boris Zarcone, operante con il marchio Doggie Education — VAT no. 07083600481
1. Provider and scope
Services are supplied by Doggie Education, VAT no. 07083600481, professional address Via di Castello SNC, 50023 Impruneta (FI), Italia. These terms cover Doggie Education lessons and courses, DoggieClub, home boarding and day care, Doggie Grooming, DoggieAI, the DoggieHub customer area, online meetings and video content, gift cards and the digital purchase journeys directly operated by Doggie.
2. Service information and order
The service page and checkout show the current content, mode, price, availability, included items, travel charge where applicable and payment conditions. A contact or booking request is not accepted until Doggie confirms it or the checkout expressly completes the order. The customer must provide accurate contact, dog and safety information.
3. Lessons, courses and DoggieClub
Lessons may be delivered at the Doggie location, at the customer’s home or online as displayed when booking. Packages provide the number of credits and validity shown at purchase. Educational results depend on the dog, context, consistency and customer participation; no specific behavioural result is guaranteed.
4. Home boarding, day care and grooming
These services take place at the customer’s address. The customer does not have to remain at home if safe access has been expressly agreed. They must provide truthful care, behaviour, health, access and emergency information. Doggie may pause or refuse a service where conditions are unsafe for the dog, staff or third parties. Any travel reimbursement or surcharge is calculated from the address and displayed before online payment.
5. Online services, meetings and translations
Online lessons may use a meeting link sent to the customer and, where offered, subtitles or simultaneous translation. Connection quality, compatible equipment and a safe environment remain the customer’s responsibility. Recording is not permitted unless all participants have been informed and the required basis or consent exists.
6. DoggieAI
DoggieAI provides educational information and service assistance but may be incomplete or make mistakes. It does not replace an in-person assessment, veterinary advice or emergency services. The customer must not rely on it where immediate safety or health is at stake and should request staff review when in doubt.
7. Prices, payment and fiscal documents
The price and accepted methods are those shown before confirmation. Payments may be handled by Stripe and the methods enabled in its checkout, including PayPal or instalment providers where available. Doggie does not store full card details. Fiscal documents are issued using the information supplied by the customer.
8. Appointments, changes and no-shows
Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation. Cancellation, rescheduling, credit recovery and no-show rules displayed for the specific service or package form part of the order. Doggie may propose a change for organisational, weather, welfare or safety reasons and will communicate the available solution.
9. Withdrawal, early performance and refunds
Where consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, it can be exercised through the customer area or by an unequivocal statement within the applicable period. If the customer expressly asks for a service to begin during that period, the consequences required by law are shown before performance. Statutory exceptions and amounts due for services already performed remain applicable. Cancelling an appointment, disabling a renewal and withdrawing from a contract are separate actions. Receipt of an online request does not itself confirm refund eligibility; Doggie verifies the request and sends an acknowledgement on a durable medium.
10. Customer area, credentials and communications
Credentials are personal and must be protected. The customer area may show bookings, credits, documents, payments, dog records and service communications. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly. Automatic emails identify themselves as such and direct support requests to the contact page.
11. Gift cards, suggested products and merchandising
Gift-card conditions, value, validity and permitted uses are shown before purchase. Suggested products or merchandising may be sold by an external merchant; where the customer leaves Doggie’s checkout, the identified merchant’s terms, fulfilment and return policy apply.
12. Liability, welfare and conduct
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The customer must follow reasonable safety instructions, keep the dog under appropriate control and promptly report relevant changes. Doggie is not responsible for failures caused by inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, external providers or events beyond reasonable control, subject to mandatory law.
13. Intellectual property and content use
Doggie materials, videos, methods, trademarks and platform content may be used only for the customer’s personal service journey unless written permission states otherwise. Account sharing, redistribution or commercial reuse is prohibited.
14. Applicable law, updates and contact
Italian law applies, without depriving consumers habitually resident in another country of mandatory protections that cannot be waived. Material changes apply prospectively after appropriate notice. Operational and contractual support: contattaci@doggieeducation.it; privacy requests: contattaci@doggieeducation.it.
